It’s a concept most of us are slow to grasp. We seem irrationally convinced we are special, that we matter, but we don’t.

It’s a freeing thought.

I hope you avoid the pits Azark. I’ve found myself in one, and it’s rough.

I really liked this article Rasmus.

It's easy to think that the world revolves around us when it really doesn't.

Nobody cares.

Thank you for reading Selda!

It’s an important insight that really allows us to shine once we come to terms with it.

I find great joy in nobody cares. Most the time I only see criticism and negativity when people start to care. We as a human species need to do a better job uplifting one another.

That’s unfortunately also true Ryan. Many times when people actually care it’s for the wrong reasons. We just have to disregard them, and hold on to those who care for the right reasons.

It's essentially differentiating between positive and negative intention. Positive intention can admonish while negative intention can be a tool for understand the other and the shadow self.

I try to remind myself of this all the time

nobody cares

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But it at least helps. And maybe someday I'll fully realize that no one cares.

Except the precious few who really do.

Though, I don't think I will deliberately step into a pit just to find out haha - I'll let life do that for me
